I’m Emily the registered Fertility Nutrition Specialist you’ve been looking for…

If I’ve learned anything from my years of nutrition training and experience working with humans is that food is so complex.

It’s so much more than energy in and out, it’s information for our bodies. Food can connect us, trigger us, comfort us, nourish us, and is a huge part of how we feel day to day.

Who is it not for:

  • If you have lots of food allergies and intolerances. This requires a more personalised approach

  • If you are vegan or vegetarian. I support personal choice and the ethical reasons behind this but generally, I don’t recommend a plant-based diet for women TTC or pregnant so I have created the essentials course aligned with this. Vegan or veggie clients often require more personalisation, blood testing and 121 support so if you plan to remain vegan I suggest looking at this option

  • If you have more complicated health issues or diagnoses I would recommend working with me 121

  • Although the course has been designed to optimise your nutrition to give your body the best chances, sadly I cannot guarantee pregnancy.

  • I support personal choice and the ethical reasons behind vegetarianism or veganism but generally, I don’t recommend a plant-based diet for women TTC or pregnant.

    Many of the essential nutrients needed for fertility are low or missing in a plant-based diet so I do not recommend a 100% veggie or vegan diet and have created the essentials course aligned with this.

    Vegan or veggie clients often require more personalisation, blood testing and 121 support so if you are planning to stay veggie or vegan, I would recommend looking at my 121 support

  • This is a 100% self-study course so you can do it in your own time.

  • This comes up a lot. And where I would obviously love for your partner to be involved, if that’s not going to happen, it doesn’t mean that you have to miss out.

    If you are on a solo parent journey this course will still be awesome for you.

  • I hear this one quite a lot. There is extensive research linking the impact of diet and lifestyle to improved fertility outcomes. Where the clients who come to work with me often aren’t coming from a place of cheesy wotsits for breakfast and takeaways every night, there is always room for big improvement and every client who has said this, soon realises that functional nutrition for fertility is much more than eating 5 a day.

  • Payment instalments are not available at this time for this course.

  • The course is a great foundation for anyone TTC but if you have complex health conditions or diagnoses, I would recommend working with me 121 or setting up a call to see if its the right fit.
